I purchased this to supplement my travels as a Sales Manager for my company over the entire U.S. I oversee 13 sales reps and this helped me track their territories and pinpoint the dealer locations very well. I had a stumble at first and sent an email to the creator of the app. Within an hour or so I actually received a phone call from him and his suggestion worked perfectly. For the small price I paid for the app this is top notch concern for a customer which is seldom seen anywhere in this day and age. Thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you again. I look forward to seeing the new apps that you were mentioning.

After 30 years of looking through spreadsheets for contact info, pouring over maps on the side of the road, making a call list, running by the seat of pants sometimes, this is a godsend. Enter your notes on the iPad as soon as you finish your sales call, and email it to the office. Incredible. The trip manager portion that finds nearby hotels, coffee shops etc, also such a timesaver. This app is improving all the time. The developer who is very helpful, is committed to the app, and the needs of salespeople. I would highly recommend you download this app, just to experiment with, and see how you like it. It costs less than a map and a stack of 3 x 5 cards!, if you dont like it delete, but I think you will.

I was shocked after reading such wonderful news that this is nothing but google maps with all of ones contacts.... definitely not worth the price. doubt if i will ever use the app...

This is a fantastic app! Simple to use and has saved me hours in report documentation. If you are a salesman without this app, download asap...you wont be sorry! I highly recommend this app.

I love how easy it is to upload my customer contacts into this program. It makes it so easy for me plan my days out so I can efficiently see all of my appointments in a given week. Ive not tracked it, but Im sure its helped me cut my fuel consumption. I love that I can drop pins on nearby customers so I can drop in on the go too! Wonderful app and cant wait to see what they have in store for us with future updates!

We rolled out the iPad to our sales staff early this year. The iMap HD application is great. We are more efficient as a Sales force with this app. Customer service is top notch; the owner even called me. I am looking forward to future revisions. Highly recommended.

Overall the App is pretty easy to use. Would like to see a few enhancements though: (1) Interface to Exchange Contacts Groups (2) Ability to assign categories, different colored push pins etc to make something distinguishing about the contacts on the map. (3) add notes and alerts to the routing for each contact.

This app is one of my cornerstone pieces of software I use to operate my daily tasks. I track my progress for nearby accounts. Ive used the map for social reinforcement by showing doctors who else nearby is using our products. And when I have extra time I can easily discover if there are nearby prospective accounts I could possibly visit. Ive recommended this app to many colleagues who have adapted it into their routine also. I highly recommend using iMap HD.

Travel Management does not work as it should. To add a contact to your itinerary you must already know where it is on the map. Skips a lot and deletes. Good app if you know where you are and where you are going. Im giving iMap 4 stars. Travel Management 1

Ive been using this app for a few weeks now and it is really very helpful. My husband is getting used to a new territory and I am able to coordinate his daily travels to customers, client stores, and vendors. I can map out an entire day in a few minutes (the biggest pain is not being able to add groups to Contacts on my iPad... which has nothing to do with this app). There is a must watch tutorial on the main screen - select Help. Tutorial is very well done and helpful. Ive emailed a few suggestions that would make life a little easier and iMap more flexible... so, hopefully with a few more bells and whistles this will be a really great app... I was a little surprised after paying $4.99 and then another $4.99 for Travel Management that those bells and whistles werent already there... but, Im willing to wait and see whats next. Ill be crazy disappointed if I have to pay for the next version... but, again... Ill give the developers the benefit of the doubt on that. You will need to work with Contacts and iMap a little to see what works for you... for example... I created a Contact Group for each Date so that I can show only those items on a Map. From there I can add those to Travel Management and then select Stores or vendor locations from general Contact Groups. Took a little playing around... but, it works and iMap has been a really good tool for day-to-day use. Id probably pay $10 for it again... the app is fairly easy to use -- you will have to play around to see what works for you. Im a gadget geek and love to do that sort of stuff so it wasnt a big deal... Once you get the hang of things its a really good tool. I do recommend the app but really hope version 5 is available soon!! For the developer... it would be really nice to be able to rename Saved Trips... time stamp is kind of meaningless when you are a month in and save 12 - 15 routes.

Not what I thought it was. Good for traveling salesmen.

If you are an outside sales person, you need this app. You can see all your customers that are in your address book at a glance on a map, plan out your route, and even find places to stay the night or take your customer to lunch the next day. If youre like me and have a large territory that is constantly changing, this app is a must have. Customer service is off the charts too. I email a question to the designer and I received a response in no time. We even talked about how to make the app better and he welcomed any suggestions. Spend the money and buy it now! Well spend more than this at Starbucks this morning anyway and this is way more beneficial.

Great for those sales rep when you want to make the best of the day. Has some great features and GREAT support which is more important these days. Had some questions and Stephen responded with a phone call the same day not just an email. This guys gives what we all want in support. Buy now

The mapping portion of this app works fairly well. I purchased the Travel Management module, and Ive found it lacking. Adding stops is simple. The resulting map, however, is not particularly useful. First, the names of the contacts do not appear when I select the pushpins; only the addresses appear. This makes it difficult to determine whos at that location, unless I go back and look up the address. Second, the map is of no use to actually navigate. There appears to be no way to start the route and follow it via GPS. Id give the Travel Management module 1 star, which is disappointing because its description matches my needs exactly. There also is no Help feature in the app, or its very well hidden.

Im in sales and have over 1,000 contacts listed. Sure I can see them, but this app doesnt utilize GPS tracking. This is extremely disappointing since I bought this to see who is around me and how I can get there. This app will only show a pin drop of your current location, it will not move as you do. There are some nice features, and until this app can track your position while displaying contacts, this app is useless to me. I purchased another app for 1/5 the cost that not only tracks my position, but also loads the contacts much, much faster.

I purchased this app 3 days ago and it still wont even load. It just flashes on then off. Stay away from this app as it is a TOTAL waste of money.

I just took a position responsible for 8 states. Without this app I would literally be lost. GPS is great, but with iMap you can plan routes with ease. This will definitely save you time that be turned into money. Buy the travel management tool within the app and save even more valuable time.

Took hours to load 5380 contacts then crashed! Want my $10 back!!! Do not buy!

The original IMAP was a great idea, but now that youve added colored pins, spreadsheet capability, etc.... This rocks!
